Our Services Include: Day-to-Day General Management: Aside from the weekly services we provide like pool care and lawn service, we do routine checks on your property as well to ensure that garbage cans are where they should be, windows are closed, doors are locked, and thermostats and timers are set properly. Pool Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control: We insure that our service professionals are the best in the business. Experience and ongoing education in their fields is as important as prompt, reliable, professional service. We demand the best from our service providers, so your home will always look its best. Housecleaning: Let's face it - there's some pretty stiff competition out there in the Orlando vacation rental business. We have found that housekeeping services is one of the best ways to stand out above the rest. Nothing pleases our guests more than arriving at their accommodations, and being impressed by its sparkling clean condition. We know that if they are impressed upon arrival, the rest of our job is easy. Bill Pay Service: For a small monthly fee of $35.00, we will have all utility bills mailed directly to us for processing. Paying our homeowners bills directly gives us a sense of security that guests will not be inconvenienced by interruptions in service. As a homeowner, you can rest assured, too, knowing that the household bills are being paid. Your monthly statements will show all relevant transactions. Repairs & Maintenance: From time to time, your home will require maintenance projects such as appliance repair or even replacement, carpet cleaning, power washing and other unforeseen projects. We will make repairs up to $50.00 and show them on your monthly statement. For bigger projects, we will obtain competitive quotes from competent professionals and keep open communication with you through job completion. |
