If not, below is a brief description of the subdivisions in which our homes are located, each one more beautiful than the next.

Fiesta Key
Fiesta Key Resort is located in a secure, gated community conveniently located on Poinciana Boulevard just south of the Tourist Strip Highway 192 in Kissimmee. With Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios only minutes away, you're guaranteed a great family vacation. Amenities available to our guests include access to the community clubhouse with swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, games, movies and the opportunity to mingle with other guests.

Clear Creek
Clear Creek is a delightfully quiet community conveniently situated off Highway 27, just one and a half miles from Highway 192 and only 7 minutes from Disney. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance to the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, gasl station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and take out pizza. With its easy access to Orlando and Sanford International airports as well, Clear Creek is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Orlando area.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club
If your idea of a PERFECT vacation involves staying in one of Florida's finest golf course communities, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is for you! Golf Digest recently ranked the course #6 in Florida, and it has been nationally ranked by Links Magazine as one of the “Top 10 Courses Built In America 1987-1997”. The tranquil, lush community offers excellent amenities including 3 community swimming pools, tennis courts, children's playground, fishing lake, fitness center, golf pro shop and clubhouse with restaurant and bar.

Florida Pines
Ideally located, the prestigious and sought-after Florida Pines subdivision is located on US Highway 27, midway between Highway 192 and Interstate 4. It offers easy access to Clearwater, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. It's close to the action, but provides peace and tranquility after an exciting and hectic day.

Indian Creek
Indian Creek is one of the most sought after communities in Orlando, not just because of the fantastic properties built by one of Florida’s leading builders but also due to its superb location just off highway 192, less than 4 miles from Disney. It is virtually on Disney’s doorstep - you just can’t get much closer than this! Many other communities claim to be close to Disney but few are as close as this. Amenities include children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, soccer field, lake and jogging circuit.

Westbury
The small, executive development of Westbury is located in Davenport, 1½ miles from the junction of Hwy 27 and Interstate 4 . The idyllic community is set amongst beautiful palm trees and orange groves, making this the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day visiting the major attractions in the area, which are only a short drive away.

The I-4 provides a fast and efficient route to the attractions and within 15-20 minutes you can be on the doorstep of some of the most amazing theme parks in the world, and over 25 fun attractions on local Highway 192 including the Medieval Times dinner show, airboat rides, horseback riding, go karts and Kissimmee Old Town which is a great night out for all the family!
